Charles Smith set up Find My Licensee in August 2020, after 30 years in senior management positions in the Financial Services Industry. Over this period Charles has been responsible for numerous business acquisitions, held CEO and Director positions with several leading Australian Dealer Groups and recruited 100’s of Advisers into these dealer groups.

I have seen the good, bad and ugly many times over in my 30 years in this industry. Finding the right solution is critical. There are many examples of businesses changing licensees without sufficient due diligence only to fine the new licensee is no better than the one they departed.
The first question is to fully understand the reasons why you are looking to leave your existing licensee and whether a self-licenced or supportive Dealer Group is your best option.
Find my Licensee can find the right Dealer to Dealer or Dealer Group option for your business. Using a balanced score card approach we will identify the strengths and weaknesses of your existing licensee and then identify the optimum criteria needed for your business going forward. We will match this information against our data base for Licensees and Dealer to Dealer options and provide a shortlist for consideration. Sylvia Vorhauser-Smith has over 30 years experience in Talent development and assessment and as well as delivering professional development workshops for planning groups, Sylvia also assesses the fit and capability of new recruits sourced by Find My Licensee. Sylvia has a Masters of Science in Neuroleadership and a post Graduate Diploma of Psychology.
